EDI messages transformed and delivered in real time, with full control
For shipping agents, terminals, freight forwarders and logistics groups that exchange messages with partners every day. GANTRY receives, validates and converts each message before it enters the ERP, and keeps a log of everything.
- 01
Multiple channels
Email, SFTP, web services and Excel files.
- 02
Inbound and outbound
EDIFACT, XML, CSV, Excel and proprietary formats.
- 03
Audit trail for every message
From channel to ERP, with status, time and owner.
Who it is for
Shipping agents
Shipping line manifests and customs declarations received and sent without keying, with validation before they enter the ERP.
Terminals and container yards
Container gate-ins, gate-outs, loading and discharge exchanged with shipping lines and agents through the same channel.
Freight forwarders and hauliers
Transport and delivery orders with logistics partners, each in its own format.
Multi-company groups
Several companies on the same platform, each with its own partners, rules and users.
IT teams
One place to see what arrived, what failed and who resolved it, instead of scripts and mailboxes scattered around.
Any channel, any format, every system
GANTRY sits between the company and the outside world. It receives what arrives on each channel, validates it, translates it into a common model and delivers it to each system in the format it understands. In the other direction, it generates the messages the company sends.

It also generates outbound messages
From Sage X3 data, it builds CODECO, COARRI, notices and files for customers and authorities, and sends them through each destination's channel.
New partners without programming
Each partner has a configurable profile, with its own rules and code tables, tested on a test bench before going into production.
Alongside your systems, without changing them
Writes to Sage X3 through the official interfaces, via an agent inside the network. Other ERPs and applications connect through a dedicated adapter.
Beyond translating messages, GANTRY controls every exchange
Converting formats is the starting point of any EDI tool. The value lies in the rest: knowing what arrived, what failed, what is still missing and who resolved it.
Control tower
Real-time dashboard with the status of every partner, channel and message, inbound and outbound.
Quarantine with correction
Anything that arrives with an error is set aside, with the reason. It is corrected and resent without losing the original.
Alerts
Warns when an expected message does not arrive, when a partner stops communicating or when a deadline is at risk.
Audit and archive
Who received, corrected and sent each message. Every file kept exactly as it arrived, with a digital fingerprint.
Test bench
Each new profile runs against real messages and is compared with the expected result before it is published.
Multi-company
Several companies in the group on the same platform, each with its own partners, rules and users.

Where GANTRY stands apart from the alternatives
The usual alternatives solve part of the problem. GANTRY brings knowledge of the shipping business, the connection to Sage X3 and message control together in one platform.

What we do with GANTRY
We develop GANTRY and configure it for each client.
Assessment
We map the partners, formats and channels the company communicates with and pick the first flows.
Partner profiles
We configure and test each partner's profile, with its rules and code tables.
Connection to Sage X3
GANTRY writes to Sage X3 through the ERP's web services, via an agent inside the client's network. The X3 core stays standard.
Other systems
It also connects to other ERPs through APIs and files, without changing the core.
Support
The team that configured the flows monitors the quarantine and adds new partners.

- Access to a Sage X3 test environmenttechnical user and web serviceshalf a day
- Validate samples and resultsone key user per workflow2 to 3 days
Estimates for a two-workflow pilot; configuration, profiles and testing handled by Sevways.
How to buy
Monthly subscription per company, with no charge per message, and the price agreed in writing at the end of the assessment.
Developed in Portugal, in collaboration with Portuguese universities, with generative AI and for European-based companies. In production at a shipping group operating in Angola.

Frequently asked questions
Which EDI messages does GANTRY handle?
CODECO for container gate-in and gate-out with terminals and depots; COARRI for vessel loading and discharge confirmations; CUSCAR for cargo manifests to shipping lines and customs, including the JUE and ASYCUDA; COREOR for container delivery and release orders; IFTMIN for transport orders with hauliers and logistics partners.
What happens to a message with errors?
It is quarantined, with the reason, and does not enter the ERP. Once corrected it is resent, and the original is kept in the log with who corrected it and when.
Do we need Sage X3?
No. In Sage X3, GANTRY writes through the ERP's web services via an agent on the client's network. With other ERPs, it connects through APIs and files, without changing the core.
What does AI do in GANTRY?
Answers questions about message traffic and helps resolve those in quarantine. It connects through MCP, with access to what GANTRY logs.
Where is it in production?
At a logistics group operating in Angola, where it exchanges messages with terminals, shipping lines and customs.
