Who it is for
Cegid PRIMAVERA is for companies that want accounting, invoicing, stock and payroll in the same system, with the tax rules of the country where they operate.
Companies that must invoice electronically in Angola
Mandatory since 1 January 2026 for large taxpayers and government suppliers, and from 1 January 2027 for all others.
Multi-company groups
Accounting and consolidation across the group's companies, with Matriz for customers, suppliers, items and intercompany purchasing and sales.
Real estate and condominiums
Every month, Contratus invoices rents, condominium fees and water, electricity and maintenance charges in bulk.
Companies with salaries agreed in dollars or euros
Kwanta (formerly Gross-up) calculates the gross salary in kwanzas from the agreed net amount, within PRIMAVERA payroll.
Retail with GESTWIN in the stores
Tandem will bring what is invoiced in GESTWIN into PRIMAVERA. It is in development with Softpack.
What Cegid PRIMAVERA covers

Angola's official reports, templates and returns, in PRIMAVERA itself.
E-invoicing

Frequently asked questions
Is Cegid PRIMAVERA certified for electronic invoicing in Angola?
Yes. Cegid announced in December 2025 that the Primavera ERP is certified by the AGT and can issue, report, validate and archive invoices. Our work is in the configuration, the data and training the people who invoice.
Does Sevways maintain the Angolan legislation for PRIMAVERA?
No. The Sevways Angolan legal pack is for Sage X3. In Cegid PRIMAVERA, AGT compliance is part of the product and tax updates come from Cegid. We help configure and test them.
What is the PRIMAVERA Evolution that appears in the proposals?
It is the name under which we propose the Cegid PRIMAVERA ERP. Cegid states that the Evolution ERP is certified by the AGT.
Can we connect other applications to PRIMAVERA?
Yes. We develop web services on the Web API so that other applications can create documents in the ERP, and utilities for importing data in XML, CSV, Excel or SAF-T. Carga imports sales from other systems via SAF-T.
Do you also work in Mozambique and Cabo Verde?
Yes. In Mozambique, the Maputo team handles implementation, training and support. In Cabo Verde, we implement with a local partner.
