The Sevways cloud runs in data centres of NOS Empresas and Claranet Portugal, part of the NOS group since 2025. The physical infrastructure is certified; the servers, operations, ERP and support are Sevways'.

How you pay
Monthly fee per server, with a 36-month contract. Setup and migration invoiced once, at the end of the project. Sage X3 licences are annual and quoted separately.
A backup only counts once it has been restored
On the Professional and Enterprise plans, once a quarter, we restore the ERP from the backups on a separate server, measure how long it takes and send you the report.

No. It is the Sevways cloud, with your Sage X3 on a dedicated server. Sage has its own cloud service in other countries; when it reaches Portugal, we will help you compare.
Will customisations and integrations keep working?

Where is the data stored?
In data centres in Portugal, on a server dedicated to the company.
Is Sevways NIS2 certified?
There is no NIS2 certification for suppliers. We help clients in scope meet the technical measures.
