Frequently asked questions

What counts as an hour of intervention?

Actual time our team spends working on your request — analysis, fixing, testing and communication. Time spent waiting for information from you is not counted.

Does the bank of hours expire?

No. The hours remain until they are used, even if months go by without requests.

Can I have a monthly plan and a bank of hours at the same time?

Yes. When the hours included in the plan run out, the excess is taken from the bank instead of creating an extra invoice.

How does invoicing work in Angola?

Our Luanda team sends the quote and invoices in kwanzas, with local payment methods.

What if the system was not implemented by Sevways?

We assess each case individually. We need an initial review before taking on support for third-party work.
