AGT e-invoicing for Sage X3

The module that connects Sage X3 to the AGT webservices: series, invoice submission, validation and rejections, under Presidential Decree 71/25 and Executive Decree 683/25. Contracted per document pack per year.

  1. 01

    Direct connection to the AGT

Invoices sent to the AGT webservices, one by one or in batches, with an immediate response.

  2. 02

    Certified by the AGT

Module certified by the AGT for e-invoicing, certificate no. FE/146/AGT/2026.

  3. 03

    About the Angolan localisation

Works with Sage X3 Local Angola, which already handles VAT, SAF-T and certification.

How it works

From Sage X3 to the AGT, invoice by invoice

The path the module follows for each invoice, under the rules of the AGT technical specification.

  1. 01
    Authorised series

Document series are requested from the AGT in Sage X3 and are only used once authorised.

  2. 02
    Invoice posted

When the invoice is posted, Sage X3 generates the AGT number and the QR code.

  3. 03
    Two signatures

Each request carries the software’s signature and the issuing company’s signature, both RS256 (RSA with SHA-256).

  4. 04
    Submission

Over an encrypted channel, one invoice at a time or in batches, manually or through an automatic Sage X3 process.

  5. 05
    Validation

Sage X3 checks the status: green if valid, orange if rejected, with the AGT’s reason so it can be corrected and resent.

Frequently asked questions

Which tier should I choose?

The one that covers the invoices and equivalent documents the company issues in a year. If you go over the limit, you move to the next tier; with seasonal peaks, we agree specific terms.

Why aren’t the prices on the website?

The price depends on the tier and on what the company already has in Sage X3. With the details from your request we reply with the proposal, usually within two working days.

Do I need Sage X3 Local Angola?

Yes. The module adds to the Angolan localisation, which already handles VAT, SAF-T (AO) and invoice signing.

Which Sage X3 version is needed?

Version 12, patch 35 or later. On earlier versions, the upgrade comes first.

What happens if the AGT rejects an invoice?

Sage X3 shows the rejected invoice with the reason given by the AGT, so you can correct it and send it again.

What changes on 1 January 2027?

The obligation extends to all taxpayers in the general VAT regime. Preparation takes six to ten weeks, so it is best to start in the last quarter of 2026.
